Clear Choice Windows and More Incorporated was founded by brothers, Jim and Paul Hardy in 2004. Jim & Paul have an extensive knowledge of replacement windows and doors. Jim, Paul and their carefully selected team of employees have over 100 years of combined experience and knowledge of the window and door industry, home building, and remodeling.

Clear Choice Windows and More's doors were opened with the intention to provide the area consumers with a better choice for windows and doors. We provide a complete one-stop-shop for the purchase, installation, and warranty protection of windows and doors for homeowners and custom home builders.

Our employees are experienced, professional and respectful and have been carefully selected to build an outstanding team that will follow through with all aspects of our services.

INSURANCE

You can rest easy doing business with us. We always carry a full insurance policy including Liability Insurance and Workman's Compensation Insurance on each and every one of our employees. We do not use sub-contractors or exemption loopholes. Insurance certificates can easily be made available at request.

LICENSING

We currently operate with a Specialty Glass & Glazing License in the following Florida Counties:

• Pasco County License #: GG-09322
• Hillsborough County License #: SP14191
• Sarasota County License #: RGWD-SWD-52
• Collier County License #: 35093

This license specializes in Windows and Doors, and more importantly allows us to accommodate window and door replacements in ANY environment. This license allows us to replace or install windows & doors in: single-family homes, multi-family dwellings, low-rise condo Buildings, hi-rise condo buildings, and commercial buildings. We are not limited by building zoning, type, size, or occupancy.

Conversely, window dealers or contractors who only operate with CRC (Certified Residential Contractor) can not work on commercial buildings, residential buildings that exceed two stories, or residential buildings with occupancy greater than three-family such as condo buildings. CBC (Certified Building Contractors) are similarly limited like CRC contractors with the exception to their scope of work which can include commercial buildings and multi-family residential buildings not greater than three stories in height. Only a Certified General Contractor (CGC), or Specialty Glass & Glazing Contractor is NOT limited by scope of building size or occupancy. Should you need services with your window or door project such as structural changes to your walls or additions, we work in close partnership with a leading Tampa Bay CGC (Certified General Contractor) to accomodate you. Our partnered CGC is licensed to do ANY kind of General contracting on ANY building type in ANY environment.
